Easy steps to great marketing!

  1. Have your Marketing Department write a series of messages as defined below. *
  2. Email us a "Word" file copy of your messages (up to 14).
  3. Upon receiving your approval and permission, we'll edit and/or make suggestions regarding presentation of your message. 
  4. You'll be asked to select the music style that will best reflect your organization.
  5. Your company/organization representative will be then asked to approve your final script and music selection.
  6. Upon your approval, we will professionally record and produce the finished presentation. 
  7. The finished audio presentation will be placed on your private page, for your organization exclusive use.  
*An on-hold "message" is self contained (never referring to another message), and consists of 25 to 50 words 
The "standard page" is defined as a group of messages that totals not more than 300 words. 
Our scriptwriters will assist in editing each message to best reflect your business. 


Installation of your system is a breeze. Any I.T. Department, Telephone Technician, or computer savvy person can easily connect the service. We will coordinate with your designated person or department to quickly have your state-of-the-art custom message system up and running.
